There are several ways you can support the Tiverton Historical Society (THS). You can support us by becoming a member. Members receive notices of upcoming programs/events and event fee discounts. For more information, please click here. You can support us by donating items that are appropriate to our collection or something on our wish list. Contact us for an appointment.
You can support us through a monetary donation. THS is a 501(3)(c) non-profit organization. For more information, please click here. You can support us through volunteer service hours. Many of the grants require matching service hours by volunteers. You do not have to be a member to volunteer. To help you keep track of your service hours for THS, please use the work record. We welcome college and high school students requiring community service hours for graduation!
Personnel Needs:
— We are in need of a restoration plasterer who knows how to replace broken lath and replaster over a large hole in the ceiling of our outhouse. Seems like the raccoons needed to go really badly one day… If you can help us repair the ceiling so we can open it for the public (to view, that is, not to use), please contact John. Our living room ceiling is in need of repair as well…
